How to Submit a Rental Application When You Live Far Away

Parasol Properties, LLC is often contacted by people currently living out of the area, many times in other states. These people are interested in moving to the DeSoto County, Mississippi area and would like to rent a home from us. We welcome inquiries from people no matter where they are currently located. Many of our valued Residents chose to move into one of our homes while they were still living out of state. Here are some tips on how to obtain information about homes currently available for rent and how to submit a rental application.

First, contact us if you have any questions or if you desire information. You may contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or regular mail. We will be glad to send you a rental application by e-mail, fax, or regular mail. You may also download a rental application from this web site. We ask that you pay a nonrefundable fee of $35 when you submit your application. The $35 covers the charge we must pay to run a routine background and credit check as part of the rental application process.

There are several methods by which you may pay the $35 fee for the background/credit check:

  1. You may include a certified check or money order for the $35 fee if you return your rental application by mail.

  2. You may provide us with a credit or debit card number by phone. Just call us at 870-762-0319.

  3. Alternatively, you may wire the $35 fee to us if you choose to fax or e-mail your rental application back to us. You may use Western Union to wire the funds to us. Just instruct your local Western Union to wire $35 to the Blytheville, Arkansas Kroger Grocery Store Western Union (Phone: 870-763-7524) payable to Parasol Properties, LLC. Western Union most recently charges a $15 fee to wire the funds.
