The standard deposit is equal to one month's rent for homes renting for $1000 or less per month. The standard deposit is $1000 for homes renting for $1000 or more per month.

Receive 100% of your deposit back if you rent for 12 months or moreReceive 50% of your deposit back if you rent for 6 months or moreReceive 0% of your deposit back if you rent for less than 6 months

 

Note: Costs to repair damages arising during the rental period, eviction, and collection of monies owed will be deducted from the deposit after move-out. The departing resident will be responsible for paying any costs that exceed the deposit amount.
